An open plan design, with double height ceiling to the portico and full length glass doors, gives a feeling of space. A magnificent semi-cantilevered staircase, luxury fixtures and chef’s kitchen give a sense of opulence.
Created for the executive rental market, the original design was scrapped and DesignBuild’s architects came up with a design within the client’s budget, that suited the high end target market.
