Modern Magnificence
To create this highly modern looking home, the client selected a standard design from the DesignBuild Homes portfolio with our lead designer making modifications to fit within the slope of this narrow lot.
An open living area on the ground floor, with kitchen, lounge and dining opened out to an alfresco area. A step down within the dining and living area was created to fit within the natural slope of the terrain, and the alfreso area was redesigned from the original design to maximise the external living area.
